Chelsey heads up the Administrative Staff. She's always available to provide assistance and to answer any questions related to billing and processing insurance. She loves helping people. You can speak to her M-F from 8 am until 4 pm at 434 973-5640.

Lisa wants to make sure your counseling experience at Virginia Center for Family Relations goes smoothly. She is here, at our Charlottesville office, from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday-Thursday and until 12:00 noon on Friday. She welcomes you to VCFR and answers any questions you may have. She helps coordinate the counselor's schedule, sets up your appointment and does a variety of administrative projects.

Staunton Administrative Team

Holly wants to make sure your counseling experience with Virginia Center for Family Relations goes as smoothly as possible. She is new to Virginia Center for Family Relations but has had many years of experience with the administrative and clerical part of the counseling profession. She is available to answer any of your questions. She can help you get connected with the best counselor for your needs. Holly is the one to ask regarding concerns about billing and insurance. She is very eager to do her best to arrange your appointments for your convenience .
